The list is also followed by an additional list of the "€œgrandfathered"€ bats from the main list that have been legal for the past few years but are no longer authorised from January 1, 2008 under an agreement negotiated between the ASA and the bat manufacturers in 2003.

Please make sure you check this list before you buy a new bat, and make sure that your existing bat hasn'€™t become illegal since 2008.
